These copies of original photos were donated to Grasstrack.net by Russell Knights because he wants to share them with 'the grasstrack family'

Russell found them tucked away in a box in his Mother's house: most of them are of his Father who raced [as a passenger I believe] between 1968 - 1982. He partnered Dave Ellis - 121, 21 or 15 and in later years Trevor Higgs - 45. Sadly he died 22 years ago.

If any of you old timers remember Robert Knights, also known as Bob Knights or Polycel Bob, please post your memories on the forum so Russell can read and get to know a little more about his dad's career as 'a normal club rider like everyone else'
